To become a member, simply complete an online application. Once a parking space is assigned to you, you will receive a Welcome Packet in the mail containing a transponder for 24-hour fast access for the entrance and exit gates. If a space is available, you’ll receive your Welcome Packet in about 2 weeks from the time we receive your application.

Your Welcome Packet includes a transponder. Enter your transponder ID number and confirm your contact information to create your online parking account.

Verify Your Account

Available Balance: The amount that is available for immediate use.

AMUF or Annual Minimum Usage Fee: Portion of available balance that must be used prior to the end of the current calendar year. Unused AMUF will be forfeited at year-end. Parking charges will decrement the AMUF prior to additional balance.

Month-to-Date Charges: The total charges accrued during the current month-to-date time period.

Month-to-Date Replenishments: The total amount of automatic replenishments made during the current month-to-date time period.

To change the credit card that is associated with your Reserve Parking account, please call our Customer Service line at (404)-530-6725 and one of our administrators will assist you.

Your transponder has a unique ID comprised of sixteen (16) characters, including letters and numbers.

This transponder number needs to be validated by our system in order to allow you to view your parking account activity. The ID number can be found directly above the bar code on your transponder.

Use this field to provide a brief description of the vehicle the transponder will be associated with. This will be particularly helpful in cases where you are tracking activity for multiple transponders.

Strong passwords contain a mix of numbers, punctuation marks, and both upper and lower case letters.

Your security question will be used to verify your identity should you wish to change your username or password.
